- It's 2 of pieces of your choice of fish fillet.
- You need 1 cup of Andy's Fish breading (or your choice of breading).
- You need 1 of lemon pepper seasoning to taste.
- Prepare 1 of egg beaten.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- It's 1 of tortilla shells.
- It's 2 cup of cooking oil (I use canola).
- Prepare 1 of Your favorite taco toppings.
Fried Fish Tacos step by step
- Heat cooking oil to 400°.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix egg and milk and set aside.
- Season fish with lemon pepper to taste and coat with egg mixture.
- Then coat with breading.
- Fry fish until golden and flaky.
- Once fish is done, remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Heat tortilla shells for 5 minutes.
- *My fillets were quite large so I cut them in half*.
- Place fish in tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings.
