- Wash the leaves properly. Remove all the veins n roll it with a rolling pin..
- Mix all the ingredients together n make into paste then apply on the leaf..
- Put another leaf n do the same for like 5 leaves n then roll.
- If the leaves r too big cut the roll into two.Put water in a sufuria n put a sieve to hold the rolls.
- Cover the sufuria properly so that the steam doesn't come out.Once steamed remove from the sufuria,cut them into slices..
- Put oil in a frying pan n shallow fry them.
- Enjoy with chutney of your choice n hot tea or Ribena or juice..
